The Ops Board

The Ops Board is the command center for your work orders — a single view that shows everything in motion, organized so you can see what needs attention without digging.

What the Ops Board shows

The board presents your work orders as status tiles, so you can take in the whole operation at a glance: how much is not started, in progress, on hold, and completed. The counts update live as work moves.

Filtering by status

Select a status tile to filter the list to just those work orders. Want to see everything that’s stalled? Tap the on-hold tile. Need to know what’s actively being worked? Tap in progress. Tap again to clear the filter and see everything.

Searching

The search box at the top of the board filters across the details that matter — titles, descriptions, work order numbers, locations, and the people assigned. Type any part of what you’re looking for and the list narrows as you go. Search and status filters work together, so you can, for example, find all in-progress work at a specific location.

Opening a work order

Select any work order in the board to open its full detail view, where you can read everything about it, update its status, add notes, and take action.

Why it helps

Instead of scrolling a long undifferentiated list, the Ops Board lets you slice the work the way you think about it — by where it stands and what it concerns. It’s the fastest way to answer “what should I be looking at right now.”
