Choosing your theme

MaintenanceOps includes several appearance options so you can use the interface that is most comfortable for your environment. Your theme is a personal setting: it follows your account across devices and does not change the appearance for anyone else.

Choose for readability

There is no required MaintenanceOps theme. Use the appearance that makes work-order details, labels, and controls easiest for you to read in the environment where you are working.

Available themes

Theme	A good choice when
Light	You want a bright interface for general office or daylight use
Dark slate	You prefer a darker interface or often work in lower light
High contrast	Stronger contrast and borders improve readability for you
Amber	You prefer a warmer interface using the MaintenanceOps amber accent

Change your theme

1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. Find Appearance.
3. Select the theme you want.

The change applies immediately and saves automatically. There is no separate save step.

Change it whenever you need to

You can switch themes at any time. A theme that works well at a desk may not be the one you prefer on a phone or tablet in the field.

Theme does not change access or data

Changing appearance only changes how MaintenanceOps looks for your account. It does not change your dashboard data, permissions, or anyone else’s settings.
