Choosing your theme

Maintenance Ops comes in four looks, and you can pick whichever one you prefer. Your choice is saved to your account and applies across the whole app, on every device you sign in from. Everyone chooses their own — your theme doesn’t affect anyone else on your team.

The four themes

• Light — a clean white and grey look. Easy on the eyes for long stretches of data entry.
• Dark slate — the branded dark background with amber accents. Striking, and comfortable in low light.
• High contrast — bold borders and strong text on white. A good choice for working on a phone in bright sunlight, or any time you want maximum readability.
• Amber — a warm, brand-forward look that leans into the safety-amber accent.

Changing your theme

1. Open Settings from the sidebar.
2. Find the Appearance section at the top.
3. Select the theme you want. Each option shows a small color preview so you know what you’re getting.

The change takes effect immediately — the whole app re-colors as soon as you choose. There’s no save button to press; your selection is stored to your account right away.

Switching any time

You’re never locked in. If you pick one and decide another suits you better, just open Settings again and choose a different theme. It’s meant to be changed whenever you like — for example, a lighter theme at your desk and a higher-contrast one out in the field.
