Customizing your dashboard
Your dashboard is yours to arrange. You can show the blocks that matter to you, hide the ones you don’t use, and put them in whatever order makes sense. Your layout is saved to your account, so it follows you to any device — and everyone on your team keeps their own arrangement.
Entering customize mode
Section titled “Entering customize mode”On the Dashboard, select Customize in the top right. The page switches to a list of every block available to you, each with controls to reorder and toggle it.
Reordering blocks
Section titled “Reordering blocks”Each block in the list has up and down arrows. Use them to move a block higher or lower. The order here is exactly the order the blocks appear on your dashboard, so put what you check most often at the top.
Showing and hiding blocks
Section titled “Showing and hiding blocks”Every block has an on/off toggle. Switch a block on to show it on your dashboard, or off to hide it. Blocks you hide aren’t deleted — you can turn them back on any time.
Beyond the default blocks, there are optional ones you can add, such as an assets summary and vendor activity. Toggle them on if they’re useful to you.
Saving your layout
Section titled “Saving your layout”When the arrangement looks right, select Save layout. Your choices are stored to your account immediately. The next time you sign in — on this device or any other — your dashboard looks the way you left it.
Starting over
Section titled “Starting over”If you want to return to the standard arrangement, select Reset to default. This restores the original block order and visibility for your role. You can always customize again from there.
A note on roles
Section titled “A note on roles”The blocks available to you depend on your role. For example, the Team work orders block appears for managers and administrators but not for technicians. You’ll only see the blocks that make sense for what you do.
